The advantages

You miss your partner

Couples that live together mostly have one problem; they barely get time alone as they are together and do not get time to miss each other. It can drive you nut to sometimes see each other. In a long distance relationship, you get to miss your partner’s touch, smile, smell and many more other things.

You get alone time

My alone time is important or out of a relationship despite many contrary beliefs. One gets time to relax, go out with friends, do the things you love, study, watch a television show or a movie you like and spend time with your family.

It is a constant honey moon

Spending time with you is important people in a long distance relationship can testify that. It is an endless honeymoon when you get to visit or meet your partner; you will have long romantic evenings; the sex is better, and you will do all things you have missed.

The disadvantages

Sometimes it is frustrating not to see your partner often distance can be your biggest enemy. Especially when you see your friends going to dinner dates and out on Friday and you know the only date you have is your television or your laptop. Also, you feel he or she might not be there for you in the dark period of your relationship as he or she is not there physically.

Tech is your best friend

In a long distance relationship; technology is your only crime partner. You Facebook, Skype, and text all day long to communicate with your spouse. You find that you spend a lot of time on your phone or computer.

Things can get heated

You can get a little bit of your mind if you are a rather jealous person in committing to a long distance relationship. Because you want to keep tabs with your girlfriend and she is very far away. Sometimes due to distance relationship are highly not able to survive cheating but it doesn’t mean it is the cause of cheating, it can be a contributing reason.Despite our beliefs, long distance relation does work well. But they work when all are partners are ready to make it work or are committed. Both long distance and face to face relationships have hiccups.
